In the beginning, she defines herself as a post-modern hippie.

T.: In a sense Post is a strange album, rude, almost dark....

B.: Personally I think that albums which express only one emotion, are boring. Post is a fearless album; it talks about the emotions of a girl who left her home, her city, and faces a new and unexplored world.

T.: I'm struck by one of your songs, Modern Things, which I think is very delicate, quiet, and sometimes funny, in any case different from your other work. What did you seek for inspiration when you wrote it?

B.: I wrote Modern Things thinking about all the pessimistic people who are living around me. It saw the light on the London-Manchester train. I was admiring those beautiful mountains that surround me, and I was listening to people groan about modern things, modern situations, and that one day everyone will die... it was so terrible!! I think that our days are beautiful, full of splendid inventions like cars, phones, cameras, and all the rest.

T.: What sort of relationships do you take with your collaborators?

B.: I think that I could do all the work alone, but I don't, because the people with whom I work together stimulate me. I'm something like a social group where people come and help me, especially when I meet people that stimulate my brain working. It's wonderful when you finish something knowing that everyone gave their best.

T.: Your videos are so original, that they remain easily impressed in memory, what is your relationship with photo and camera?

B.: I love seeing things from all points of view. I'm always searching for new things, better if original. I love photography, cinema, videos and television - actually you could be a potential subject for camera, recopied, cut, framed in the strangest way and manner.
